How to Apply:
Air pressure pilot spray gun is used for spraying purpose.
Air compressor should be free from traces of water.

MI-604 is Off White, high quality, high solids, sprayable Synthetic Rubber contact adhesive, featuring very high early green strength coupled with an excellent working tack life. MI-604 is suitable for bonding PU Pad, Metallic Frame, Hard Board, Non Oven, and Felt. Primarily used in the Automobile industry, where extra heat resistance, uninterrupted spraying and the ability to be used at temperatures from 15-30°C is required. MI-604 also gives excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials including many natural and synthetic rubbers, rigid and flexible polyurethane foams and other similar materials. Specially designed for easy spraying without cobwebbing, MI-604 is suitable for use with all current post forming equipment.
